About The Position

AJD Pizza, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead fast-paced quick-service restaurant operations. The role is suited to experienced Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders ready to advance, with coaching and development provided.

The position offers full-time and part-time opportunities, with availability for at least 20 hours per week. Evening and weekend availability is required. Pay is $15–$19 per hour, based on experience and certifications.

Requirements

• Leadership experience as an Assistant Manager, Shift Manager, Shift Leader, or Supervisor in a restaurant, fast food, QSR, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Evening and weekend availability.
• Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts, manage daily operations, and maintain service standards.
• Coach, train, and develop team members.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Manage cash, deposits, inventory, and shift paperwork.
• Work alongside the team preparing pizzas, serving customers, and assisting with deliveries when qualified and needed.
