About The Position

AJD Pizza, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead fast-paced quick-service restaurant operations. The role includes leading shifts and daily operations, coaching and developing team members, maintaining service and food safety standards, resolving customer concerns, and handling cash, inventory, deposits, and shift paperwork. The manager also works alongside the team preparing pizzas, serving customers, and assisting with deliveries when qualified and needed. The position offers hands-on leadership coaching and development, with opportunities to advance to General Manager and beyond. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with a minimum availability of 20 hours per week. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Requirements

• Leadership experience as an Assistant Manager, Shift Manager, Shift Leader, or Supervisor in a restaurant, fast food, quick-service restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Evening and weekend availability.

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are preferred but not required.
