About The Position

AJD Pizza, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is hiring Assistant Restaurant Managers to help lead fast-paced quick-service restaurant operations. The role is suited to experienced Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders ready to advance, with hands-on coaching and development.

Assistant Restaurant Managers lead shifts and daily operations, uphold service and food-safety standards, develop team members, and assist with customer service and operational tasks. They work alongside the team preparing pizzas, serving customers, and assisting with deliveries when qualified and needed. The position offers full-time and part-time opportunities, with a minimum availability of 20 hours per week. Evening and weekend availability is required. Pay is $15–$19 per hour, based on experience and certifications.

Requirements

• Leadership experience as an Assistant Manager, Shift Manager, Shift Leader, or Supervisor in a restaurant, fast food, QSR, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Evening and weekend availability.
• Availability for at least 20 hours per week for part-time opportunities.

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts, manage daily operations, and maintain service standards.
