About The Position

AJD Pizza, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring Assistant Restaurant Managers to help lead fast-paced quick service restaurant operations. The role is suitable for experienced Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders ready to advance, with coaching and structured leadership development provided.

Assistant Restaurant Managers lead shifts and daily operations while maintaining service standards. They coach and develop team members, provide excellent customer service, resolve concerns, and uphold food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards. They also handle cash, deposits, inventory, and shift paperwork, and work alongside the team preparing pizzas, serving customers, and assisting with deliveries when qualified and needed.

The position pays $15–$19 per hour based on experience and certifications. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with a minimum availability of 20 hours per week. Evening and weekend availability is required. Benefit eligibility varies by employment status and applicable plan requirements. Requirements

• Leadership experience as an Assistant Manager, Shift Manager, Shift Leader, or Supervisor in a restaurant, fast food, QSR, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Evening and weekend availability is required.
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week for part-time opportunities.

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are preferred but not required.
