This full-time position is for an Assistant Resident Manager I at Villages of Moa'e Ku, a 192-unit affordable family housing community in Ewa Beach, HI. This role requires the ability to work independently and be reliable. The Assistant Resident Manager is responsible for assisting the Resident Manager in the operation of the site to ensure effective fiscal, physical, and social soundness. This role involves taking initiative to solve complex problems and assisting with employee supervision with minimal oversight.
Requirements
- 1+ Year of Affordable Housing Property Management Experience
- Knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA Guidelines
- Skilled in Problem Solving and Resident Relations
- Strong Computer and Phone Skills
- 1+ years of tax-credit experience
- Yardi Voyager experience
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be reliable
Responsibilities
- Assists with Collecting Rent, Bank Deposits, Preparing and Submitting Rent Roll and Income Verification
- Monitors Work Orders and Walks the grounds Daily
- Answers Telephone, Files, Prepares Correspondence
- Assist Residents with Questions or Problems
- Assists with Evictions, Annual Inspections and Repairs
- Assist with Re-certifications; Resident Notification, Setting up Appointments, Tracking
