Reporting to the Associate Registrar, the Assistant Registrar – Curriculum serves a critical curriculum implementation and degree audit function within the Office of the Registrar. Manages degree audit coding and coordinates with the Curriculum Systems Manager to support the accurate implementation of approved curricular changes across university systems. Identifies and implements best practices for curriculum systems management and leads continuous improvement efforts related to degree audit accuracy, functionality, and usability. The Assistant Registrar – Curriculum coordinates the implementation of approved curricular changes across functional areas, identifies and resolves discrepancies, and works with catalog, curriculum systems, academic departments, and other university partners to ensure curricular requirements are accurately and consistently implemented. Serves as a primary functional resource for degree audit, curriculum implementation, academic program requirements, and academic petition processes. Develops and maintains procedures, documentation, training, and user resources related to areas of responsibility and supports institutional initiatives affecting curriculum and academic programs. The Assistant Registrar – Curriculum plays a critical role in curriculum implementation, degree audit accuracy, academic record integrity, and continuous improvement of Registrar’s Office processes.
