About The Position

The Assistant Regional Manager (ARG) is responsible for coordinating and supporting the Regional Manager in the Rocky Mountain Region. This role works in tandem with the Regional Manager to support daily operations and in close proximity with all active Project Managers. The Assistant Regional Manager will be the central hub of information for the Rocky Mountain Region, helping to coordinate transportation, make sure projects are accurately documented, operational data is being captured, and ensure repairs are timely and financially responsible.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for the Regional Manager
  • Maintain visibility of all active projects, crew assignments, equipment assignments, and timelines
  • Help with job planning, including layout, crew availability, equipment availability, and timeline of the project
  • Run job site equipment as needed
  • Communicate directly with Project Managers on a regular cadence (daily would be ideal) to keep up to date on job site progress and needs
  • Assist the Regional Manager with job site tours and bids
  • Consistent and timely communication with Maintenance Manager to make sure communication on timelines, parts, and project needs are addressed
  • Support invoicing by compiling job documentation, quantities, and supporting data
  • Track project progress against billing milestones
  • Coordinate with Project Managers/Regional Manager and accounting department to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
  • Maintain organized and audit-ready project files
  • Work with Operations Coordinator to align field execution with administrative processes
  • Communicate regularly with Project Managers, Field Supervisors, and Field Personnel
  • Partner with HR, Safety, Fleet, and Accounting as needed to support field operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Utilize company systems (Paycom, PEX, Bill.com, Egencia, etc) to manage workflows and assist Regional Manager
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency
