About The Position

The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting in the management of assigned properties, including the operation, physical condition and financial performance of all buildings in accordance with applicable management contracts. In this role, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors and contractors. You will dispatch work order calls, set up vendors and service agreements. You will respond in a timely manner to tenants’ needs to meet lease obligations. You will support senior management by preparing regular ownership reports, budgets and other reports as assigned. You will successfully manage all administrative tasks, including work orders, service requests, rent and expense payments, property maintenance and vendor compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in real estate, commercial preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel).
  • Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, etc.
  • Experience with contract and leasing agreements.
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
