About The Position

Monarch Investment, a leading multifamily owner, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join their NoRi Apartments team in Kansas City, MO. This role supports the Property Manager in all on-site operations, focusing on tenant retention, resident relations, and leasing efforts to maintain high occupancy and rent levels. The position offers a competitive hourly wage and eligibility for bonuses and commissions.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years experience in multifamily housing industry
Customer service experience required
Must have excellent computer skills
Have excellent verbal and written communication
Strong multitasking abilities
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check, drug screening, and credit review.

Nice To Haves

Yardi and CRMiQ experience a plus
Sales experience a plus

Responsibilities

Assists the Property Manager with all on-site property operations
Ensure tenant renewals are being captured at the highest rate possible
Responsible for building and maintaining a resident relations program
Ensures property is leased at or above market occupancy at proper rent levels by showing and leasing apartments when leasing agent is unavailable
Assists Property Manager in ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate and at its greatest effect
