About The Position

Union at Cooper Hill Apartments is hiring an experienced, organized, and resident-focused Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations and help drive leasing, occupancy, renewals, collections, and resident satisfaction. Requirements

1+ year of multifamily property management experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong leasing, renewal, and rent collection experience
Knowledge of Fair Housing and applicable regulations
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Yardi and Microsoft Office experience preferred

Responsibilities

Drive leasing activity and maintain strong occupancy
Maximize renewals and resident retention
Support and mentor leasing consultants
Lead leasing efforts when needed
Assist with rent collections and delinquency management
Generate renewal and operational reports
Maintain accurate, compliant resident files
Manage office supply inventory
Provide exceptional customer service and resident experiences
Respond to resident concerns and service requests
Help create a positive, welcoming community
Ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing laws
Support marketing efforts and listing accuracy
Assume leadership responsibilities when the Property Manager is absent
