About The Position

Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team at the Homestead Apartments in Hobbs, NM. We offer up to $20/hrs plus leasing & renewal commissions and full benefits including 2 weeks paid time off and tuition reimbursement. Requirements

Strong computer proficiency and the ability to navigate software systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A customer-focused mindset with exceptional service skills.
A willingness to complete online training and professional development courses.
This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check, soft credit check, and a drug screening.

Responsibilities

Welcoming prospective residents, conducting tours, and leasing apartments.
Maintaining the appearance of model and target apartments to showcase their appeal.
Preparing and managing lease agreements and ensuring timely signatures.
Assisting the Property Manager in marketing efforts and ensuring all materials are current and effective.
Creating and managing daily online marketing campaigns, including Craigslist and other platforms.
Monitoring "curb appeal" to maintain a welcoming community atmosphere.
Supporting resident relations and ensuring a positive living experience.

Benefits

Pay up to $20.00/hour , based on experience.
Lucrative commission program : Earn up to $75.00 per new lease AND up to $100.00 per lease renewal.
Annual raises : Up to 5% based on performance.
