This role will assist in managing our Camp Mosey Wood and Camp Mountain House properties. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years previous experience in Property, Grounds, and/or Facility Maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license, car, and proof of current insurance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 2007 suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to operate machinery, tools, and equipment necessary to perform maintenance and repair tasks.
• Ability to lift and move equipment weighing approximately 50 pounds.

• Ability to navigate over gravel and uneven paths.
• Knowledge and skills in plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry repairs and renovations.
• Ability to effectively supervise staff.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that the camp property or office property is maintained and managed as a safe, healthy environment which complies with all GSUSA, ADA, ACA, OSHA and other government regulations, and Council safety and health regulations and policies.
• Assists in developing an annual work plan and multi-year maintenance plan for assigned locations.
• Assists in repairing, renovating, and maintaining the property to meet the annual work plan and strategic Council goals.
