About The Position

Dueall Construction is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in the Ft. Myers area to support commercial reconstruction projects. The role involves reviewing bid manuals and repair details, visiting project sites, estimating materials and labor, assisting the Project Manager with budgets, qualifying suppliers and subcontractors, and organizing project files and information in construction project management software. The ideal candidate is adaptable, process-driven, team-focused, and committed to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Understand construction plans and specifications.
Have familiarity with Procore and billing in Procore.
Have estimating experience.
Understand safety and OSHA rules.
Be willing to continually improve and learn.
Communicate effectively and work with a range of personality types.
Be proactive in evaluating options and solving problems before they occur.
Have five years of supervisory experience in the construction industry.
Have a valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record.
Successfully pass a background investigation.
Be computer literate.
Have Microsoft Office experience.

Nice To Haves

OnScreen Takeoff experience is preferred.
Restoration project experience is preferred.
A college degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
