About The Position

Align is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support second-shift construction activities for a data center build-out in the Ann Arbor area. • Help coordinate data center fit-out activities, including cabinets, containment, cable pathways, structured cabling, and associated power and cooling work.
  • Monitor contractor progress against the daily plan and communicate delays, access restrictions, material shortages, or conflicts that could affect the schedule.
  • Reinforce site safety requirements and promptly escalate unsafe conditions or work outside the approved scope.
  • Maintain daily reports, progress photos, issue logs, and punch lists, and help document field questions and potential changes for the project team’s review.
  • Provide a clear handoff to the daytime team covering completed work, open items, and priorities for the following shift.
  • Support inspections, testing, punch-list completion, and project turnover as needed.
