About The Position

The Walsh Group is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for its Transportation Division in Jeanerette, Louisiana. The position supports project delivery through planning, scheduling, coordination, safety and quality management, budget forecasting, change orders, subcontractor oversight, and management of Project Engineers. It also involves resolving labor, material-delivery, and contract-administration problems, as well as managing vehicles, equipment, and tools. Specific roles may require relocation. The role may be eligible for a bonus and other benefits; compensation depends on factors including training, skills, experience, business needs, and market demands.

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience.
Ability to establish relationships and lead people.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous construction experience preferred.
