About The Position

Trueline is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support commercial glazing projects in the Shenandoah, Pennsylvania area. This is a primarily onsite, office-based role focused on the technical and administrative coordination of multiple active construction projects. The role supports multiple Project Managers and helps ensure drawings, documentation, and project deliverables are accurate and completed on time. The Assistant Project Manager prepares, updates, and reviews shop drawings using AutoCAD; interprets architectural plans, construction documents, and technical specifications; coordinates submittals, drawing revisions, and closeout packages; and tracks deadlines and outstanding deliverables. The position requires balancing a high volume of assignments, sometimes across 20 projects in one day, adapting to changing priorities, and maintaining attention to detail. Occasional jobsite visits may be needed to confirm field conditions or collect measurements. This full-time role offers a stated annual base salary of $70,000–$80,000, depending on experience, and employee benefits whose package details will be confirmed during the hiring process. It offers collaboration with experienced Project Managers and technical professionals, exposure to commercial glazing and architectural construction projects, and opportunities to expand knowledge of glazing systems, construction documentation, and project management. The position emphasizes technical coordination and project execution rather than full responsibility for managing jobsites.
