The Assistant Program Manager will be responsible for the co-facilitation of the daily operations of the PAD program. They will work closely with both police officers detailed to PAD through the Behavioral Health Unit and community-based providers contracted to PAD. The Assistant Program Manager will work to engage community residents to raise awareness of the PAD program and encourage utilization of the neighborhood-based service hubs. They will perform on-going work to foster positive relationships between police officers, service providers, and neighborhood residents. They will regularly attend community meetings and present on the model. They will monitor program referrals, track participant progress across sites, and report on program progress to Operations Manager. The PAD Assistant Program Manager will work under the supervision of the PAD Operations Manager.
