TIES Assistant Professor or Associate Professor without Tenure
About The Position
The Technological Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Strategic Management (TIES) Group at the MIT Sloan School of Management in Cambridge, MA, is seeking applications for faculty positions. The positions are for individuals eligible for appointment as Assistant Professor or Associate Professor without tenure, starting July 1, 2027, or as soon as possible thereafter. The group is looking for candidates whose research interests lie in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and/or Strategy. The TIES Group emphasizes scholarly excellence, doctoral training, and a collaborative, interdisciplinary atmosphere, encouraging extensive collaboration within Sloan, across MIT, and with the wider Cambridge academic community.
Requirements
- PhD in Economics, Sociology, Management, or other relevant social science disciplines by the start of employment.
Responsibilities
- Teaching undergraduate, graduate, and executive-level courses in the field of Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Strategy
- Conducting high-quality research in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Strategy
