About The Position

The Department of Management and Human Resources at The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position in organizational behavior. We seek a candidate with a recently completed or soon-to-be completed Ph.D. degree in a relevant field, and exceptional promise to produce high-quality, impactful OB research. Immigration/visa sponsorship may be available in very limited situations (e.g., F1/OPT to H-1b, H-1b change of employer), but all decisions concerning immigration/visa sponsorship will depend on an evaluation of complexity and risk.

Requirements

Applicants must hold, or be nearing completion of, a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior or a related field, from an AACSB-accredited doctoral-granting institution.
Ability to lead research projects to publication in top-tier academic journals
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different stages of the research and publication process

Methodological expertise that complements existing faculty strengths

Responsibilities

Conduct and publish high quality research in top-tier academic journals

Contribute to doctoral education and mentoring
