The Management Department at the Fowler College of Business (FCB) at San Diego State University (SDSU) seeks to hire a tenure-track assistant professor with expertise in Organizational Behavior starting in Fall 2027. The successful candidate must exhibit competence/potential in conducting high-quality scholarship in Organizational Behavior, resulting in top-tier journal publications and academic thought leadership, and effectively teaching the undergraduate core course in Organizational Behavior. Teaching the core MBA Organizational Behavior course may also be expected as needed. Some evening teaching may also be required due to the diverse student body. This position is contingent upon state funding. Consideration of applicants will begin in August and will be accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. SDSU’s Fowler College of Business (FCB) is among the nation’s oldest and largest AACSB-accredited business schools.
