About The Position

This is a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in the Department of Management at Colorado State University (CSU). The role involves conducting research, teaching undergraduate and/or graduate courses, and providing service to the College, University, and profession. The position requires a commitment to CSU's mission through research, teaching, and service. The department focuses on organizational behavior and human resource management.

Requirements

• A Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, or a related field. ABD candidates will be considered with sufficient evidence that the doctorate degree will be completed before August 15, 2027.
• An established record of publishing research in top-tier, peer reviewed, academic journals, or a demonstrated potential to do so.
• The ability to conduct research with colleagues.
• Effectively teach courses in organizational behavior and/or human resource management.
• Provide service commensurate with rank.
• Pre-employment Criminal Background Check (required for new hires).

Responsibilities

• Conduct and publish research and contribute to scholarly advancement in the field.
• Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in organizational behavior and/or human resource management, including course and curriculum development.
• Provide service to the department, university, profession, and community in support of CSU’s mission.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Potential supervision of student employee(s) <0.5 FTE.
