About The Position

Tenure-track Assistant Professors are expected to conduct research leading to scholarly publications in leading academic journals; teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses; and provide service to the College, University, and profession (service expectations are commensurate with rank). The role will demonstrate a commitment to CSU’s mission through research, teaching, and service.

Requirements

A Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, or a related field. ABD candidates will be considered with sufficient evidence that the doctorate degree will be completed before August 15, 2027.
An established record of publishing research in top-tier, peer reviewed, academic journals, or a demonstrated potential to do so.
The ability to conduct research with colleagues; effectively teach courses in organizational behavior and/or human resource management; and provide service commensurate with rank.

Responsibilities

Conduct and publish research and contribute to scholarly advancement in the field.
Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in organizational behavior and/or human resource management, including course and curriculum development.
