The Department of Psychology at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas invites applications for a full-time, 9-month, non-tenure track teaching faculty member (Assistant Professor in Residence) to begin Fall, 2027. The primary responsibilities for this position are the instruction of undergraduate courses for our neuroscience major (e.g., cellular and molecular/cognitive neuroscience) as well as foundational and upper-division psychology courses, including capstone. Further, the Department seeks dynamic and enthusiastic individuals with a Ph.D. in psychology or neuroscience or related discipline, a commitment to undergraduate education, substantial teaching experience (including online teaching), and a willingness to work with a program coordinator for purposes of assessment and quality control.
