About The Position
The College of Extended Learning at Northeastern State University is seeking a full-time faculty to teach undergraduate and graduate level classes, online, day and/or evening classes in Criminal Justice at the Broken Arrow campus. Previous teaching experience preferred.
Requirements
- Master's degree required.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Nice To Haves
- Ph.D. in Criminal Justice, Criminology or related field is preferred.
- ABD will be considered.
- Related experience will also be considered.
- Prior teaching experience, with a preference for candidates with classroom and online teaching experience.
- Experience with various forms of academic technology.
- Experience with community outreach.
- Experience in scholarly research & writing; or a willingness to engage in academic scholarship.
Responsibilities
- Teaching courses in Criminal Justice.
- Student advising, university service, and scholarly contributions.
