About The Position

The University of Rochester School of Medicine, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, University of Rochester Medicine Gynecology and Obstetrics Associates office, is recruiting for a full time academic position (Assistant Professor/ Associate Professor/ Professor - of clinical level). This applicant will be joining a group of faculty members and will be expected to demonstrate an interest and enthusiasm for teaching medical students and residents. Majority of time will involve direct patient care in an inpatient and outpatient setting, surgeries and procedures related to general ob/gyn and participation in research activities. Requirements

• Board certified/eligible by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology
• M.D./ D.O. Degree or equivalent
• Eligible for a New York State Medical License
• Must meet all credentialing requirements
• Post offer Drug Screen and Health Assessment required
• Compliance with University and New York State health requirements

Nice To Haves

• Particular experience in contraception family planning
• Particular experience in pediatric and adolescent gynecology
• Particular experience in menopause
• Particular experience in vulvar care
• Particular experience in minimally invasive surgery
