Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of 4 to 19 people (depending on the team), train new employees, prepare work areas, organize production workflows, and monitor quality.
- Assign tasks and ensure production deadlines are met.
- Provide staff coverage in case of leave, absences, or other absences.
- Consistently adhere to efficiency and safety standards.
- Perform any other required tasks.
