Direct and manage assigned areas of instructional program and campus operations. Oversee assigned student activities and services. This role requires a Master's degree, a Texas principal certificate, and experience as a certified T-TESS appraiser. The Assistant Principal will foster collegiality, lead campus improvement initiatives, manage student discipline, oversee daily operations, and ensure compliance with district policies and state/federal laws. This position also involves supervising and evaluating staff, including teachers and support personnel.
