Requirements
- Master’s degree in Special Education or related field with principal certification required
- Valid PA Special Education teaching certification required
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in an educational setting related to the instructional process required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid PA driver’s license and car insurance

Responsibilities
- Coach and Develop Educators using the Framework for Teaching to observe, evaluate, and support teachers through meaningful feedback and individualized growth plans.
- Lead Instructional Excellence by overseeing curriculum development, alignment, and continuous improvement to ensure high-quality instruction across all classrooms.
- Support New Teachers by managing the Teacher Induction Program and mentoring new educators.
- Drive Student Success Programs by planning and supervising Extended School Year (ESY) and credit recovery programs.
- Build Strong Partnerships by serving as a key liaison between families, school districts, advocates, and staff.
- Ensure Compliance & Operations by maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring adherence to all educational and legal requirements.
