About The Position
The Assistant Preschool Teacher helps create a positive, engaging learning environment where children can learn, play, grow, and thrive academically and emotionally. This entry-level role works with preschool teachers to implement the proprietary curriculum and use engaging characters to support children’s learning. The position also involves maintaining classroom quality, compliance, health, and safety standards; collaborating with peers to create a welcoming environment; and communicating children’s activities and achievements to parents and families through mobile apps and personal discussions.
Requirements
- Genuine passion for the education and care of children.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Meet applicable state licensing requirements for the role.
