About The Position

The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate, dedicated, caring, and creative Assistant Preschool Teacher to help children learn, play, grow, and thrive academically and emotionally. This entry-level position involves supporting a positive and engaging learning environment in state-of-the-art classrooms that use technology, materials, and resources to support children’s development. The Assistant Preschool Teacher partners with preschool teachers to implement the proprietary curriculum and use engaging characters in children’s learning. The role also includes maintaining quality, health, and safety standards; collaborating with peers to create a welcoming classroom and positive work environment; and communicating with parents and families about children’s activities and achievements, including through mobile apps and personal discussions. Requirements

Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children.
Have a high school diploma or GED.
Meet applicable state licensing requirements for the role.

Nice To Haves

Early childhood education coursework is preferred.

Responsibilities
