About The Position

Phoenix Ranch is seeking an Assistant Preschool Teacher to help create a safe, positive learning environment for children. The role assists with implementing age-appropriate curriculum, preparing and organizing learning materials, and supervising children during activities, including meals and naptime. The Assistant Preschool Teacher also helps lead learning activities, monitors children’s development, and fosters a harmonious environment for children and fellow teachers. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
12 Child Development Units, required by the State of California.
Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center.
Prior experience with toddler and preschool students.
Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners.
