The position requires proficiency in BIM tools and model-based estimating software, as well as the ability to manage subcontractors, participate in client presentations, and identify project risks. The Assistant Preconstruction Manager will also be responsible for interpreting design documents, developing cost estimates, and delivering high-quality preconstruction deliverables. A key aspect of the role is to supervise and mentor Preconstruction Engineers and Interns, demonstrating excellence and flexibility in daily tasks.
