About The Position

Provides personal care assistance to patients under the direction of licensed personnel. Performs other duties as assigned. The position performs direct patient care duties and assists with procedures for the patient population served, following established policies and procedures. It also supports patient safety, participates in ongoing educational activities, and completes assigned goals.

Requirements

• Communicates clearly and effectively in standard English, in written, oral, and verbal formats, to achieve high productivity and efficiency.
• Writes legibly and records information accurately as needed to perform job duties.
• Computer literacy.
• Obtains BLS within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs direct patient care duties as assigned under the direction of licensed nursing personnel.
• Assists in performing procedures for the patient population served in a manner consistent with established policies and procedures.
