Requirements

  • Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends

  • Experience in automotive parts or dealership environment preferred
  • Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
  • Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
  • Valid driver's license for 3 years minimum and clean driving record a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support daily parts department operations and workflow
  • Supervise and assist parts team members
  • Help manage inventory levels, ordering, and stocking
  • Ensure fast, accurate parts delivery to service, body shop, and customers
  • Assist customers with orders, questions, and issue resolution
  • Support pricing, promotions, and wholesale parts sales
  • Track performance, sales, and inventory metrics
  • Maintain organized inventory and efficient processes
  • Ensure safety standards and dealership policies are followed
  • Step in for Parts Manager when needed
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry.
