About The Position

The Learning Experience is seeking a caring, creative, and passionate Assistant Part-time Teacher to help create a positive, engaging learning environment for children. This entry-level role supports children’s learning, play, growth, and emotional and academic development. The Assistant Part-time Teacher partners with preschool teachers to implement the company’s proprietary curriculum and uses its educational characters to make learning engaging. The role also supports classroom health, safety, and quality standards, collaborates with peers to maintain a welcoming environment, and communicates with families about children’s activities and achievements, including through mobile apps and in-person discussions. The franchise is independently owned and operated; applications and hiring decisions are handled by the franchisee.

Requirements

Genuine passion for the education and care of children.
High school diploma or GED.
Meet applicable state licensing requirements for the role.

Nice To Haves

Early childhood education coursework preferred.

Responsibilities
