About The Position

Applicants should possess knowledge of current best practices in HR and in research methods. Our department and college value both teaching and research, so a strong candidate will have both a stream of research in progress and the aspiration to excel as a teacher. This position will teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in HR in face-to-face and online formats. New hires come in with a 2-2 teaching load guaranteed for the first three years.
