50Floor is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Human Resources Associate to join our team at our Roswell Headquarters. This position supports both the Human Resources and Administrative functions of the business. Requirements

  • Previous Human Resources, Administrative, or Office experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation activities.
  • Prepare employment documents, letters, and HR correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate employee personnel files and HR records.
  • Assist with employee data entry and HRIS maintenance.
  • Coordinate pre-employment processes, including background checks and onboarding documentation.
  • Support benefits administration and employee inquiries.
  • Assist with recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential employee information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department on various projects and initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to leadership and corporate staff.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and organizing company events.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Order office supplies and assist with office organization.
  • Support special projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
