About The Position

The mission of the Section of Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology at Children’s Hospital Colorado is to promote and advance reproductive health through excellence in patient care, education, research and advocacy. Our vision is to elevate reproductive care across the lifespan. We seek to recruit a physician and surgeon with fertility preservation expertise and interests, whose clinical and academic interests align with the mission and vision of our team. Primary responsibilities will include service to the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and Children’s Hospital Colorado. A small percentage of time will be spent at the University of Colorado Hospital, providing gynecology-only, day-time medical and surgical services for our adolescent-to-adult transition program.

Requirements

• Candidates must be Board eligible or Board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Completion of a pediatric and adolescent gynecology fellowship, recognized by the North American Society for Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology.
• Candidates must also have completed or eligible for completion of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology Focused Practice Designation in Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology.
• Licensure by the Colorado State Medical Board will be required prior to commencement of employment.
• 5-10 years of clinical OBGYN experience
• Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.

• Able to meet Associate or Professor criteria at the University of Colorado School of Medicine
• Candidates with experience in fertility preservation are strongly preferred.
