Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) – Multiple Openings
About The Position
Saint Francis Hospital, a member of Trinity Health of New England, is hiring Assistant Nurse Managers (ANMs) to support high-performing clinical teams in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. This is an ideal opportunity for Charge RNs or experienced nurses ready to step into leadership and grow within a nationally recognized health system. The ANM will support daily unit operations, staffing, and patient flow, provide clinical leadership and supervision, coach and mentor nursing staff, ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, and partner with leadership on performance improvement initiatives. The role requires a hands-on, visible leader.
Requirements
- Active Connecticut RN License
- BLS required (ACLS/specialty certs as applicable)
- 3+ years acute care RN experience
- BSN required
Nice To Haves
- Prior Charge Nurse or leadership experience preferred
