About The Position
The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) - Surg/Ortho is a full-time position working nights. The ANM directs and supervises nursing care functions and activities to ensure the competent delivery of quality patient care. This role involves implementing, educating, and ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, standards, and regulations for personnel, patients, medical staff, and the public. While the primary role is to manage nursing personnel, the ANM may take patient assignments when business or operational needs require it to ensure high-quality patient care.
