About The Position
The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) - Surg/Ortho is a full-time, night shift position responsible for directing and supervising nursing care functions and activities to ensure the competent delivery of quality patient care. This role involves implementing, educating, and ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, standards, and regulations for personnel, patients, medical staff, and the public. While the primary role is to manage nursing personnel, the ANM may take patient assignments when business or operational needs require it to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- Education recognized by the State of Florida as qualification for Registered Nurse licensure.
- Minimum two years as a staff nurse.
- Registered Nurse - licensed in the State of Florida.
- American Heart Association BLS Certification.
- ACLS (AHA) required based on assigned Unit.
- Basic Computer Skills.

Benefits
- Up to $20,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months.
