About The Position

A day in the life of an Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager involves starting between 9-10am in the assigned model home or sales office. The role supports the Neighborhood Sales Manager (NSM) in ensuring the sales office runs successfully. Responsibilities include greeting prospects and appointments, understanding their home search needs, and showcasing available homes. The position also involves maintaining the sales office by stocking brochures and auditing sales and marketing materials, including the website, for accuracy. A key part of the role is supporting homebuyers throughout the buying process, which includes weekly customer interactions to address questions about home progress and loan information. The Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager will also collaborate with corporate marketing to promote neighborhood events and submit listing information to StanleyMartin.com and the MLS. Ultimately, this role is crucial for maintaining the neighborhood's appearance, delivering high-quality customer service, and contributing to the neighborhood sales goals.
