About The Position

Stanley Martin Homes is seeking an Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager (ANSM) to support the Neighborhood Sales Manager (NSM) in setting up the sales office for success. The ANSM will greet prospects, learn about their needs, and show available homes. Responsibilities include maintaining sales and marketing materials, ensuring accuracy on the website and MLS, and communicating with homebuyers throughout the buying process. The role involves answering customer questions about home progress and loan information, interacting with corporate marketing for event announcements, and submitting listing information. The ANSM is crucial in maintaining the neighborhood's appearance and providing high-quality customer service to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting prospects and appointments at the model home.
  • Learning prospect needs and showing available homes.
  • Keeping sales office organized by stocking brochure material.
  • Auditing sales and marketing materials, including the website, for accuracy.
  • Ensuring homebuyers have what they need throughout the buying process.
  • Answering customer questions regarding home progress and loan information.
  • Interacting with corporate marketing to announce upcoming neighborhood events.
  • Submitting listing information for homes on StanleyMartin.com and the MLS.
  • Maintaining the neighborhood's appearance.
