About The Position

As an Assistant Mitigation Manager, you will be a key bridge between leadership and our field teams. You will support all aspects of our mitigation operations—from coordinating crew logistics and customer communication to documenting scope and building your skills toward a Mitigation Manager role. This position offers hands-on experience with both field operations and the administrative systems that make PDR run smoothly. This is a deliberate stepping stone to the Mitigation Manager role. You will be trained extensively in all areas of mitigation management—scoping, estimating, crew supervision, customer relations, and quality control. By mastering the systems, documentation, and field operations in this role, you will be positioned to lead a team within 12–24 months.

Requirements

  • Strong written communication: You write clearly and concisely. You can document findings, draft emails, and prepare reports that customers and adjusters trust.
  • Computer proficiency: You are comfortable learning new software (RMS, Symbility, Xactimate, Adobe). You work efficiently with spreadsheets, email, and company systems.
  • Detail-oriented: You catch errors before they cause problems. You care about accuracy in documentation, measurements, and timelines.
  • Dedication to customer service: You understand that people are dealing with trauma. You communicate with empathy and urgency.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team: You take initiative but also ask questions and collaborate.
  • Fluent in English with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Commitment to continuous learning: You want to grow into a leadership role and are willing to invest time in training and certifications.
