About The Position

The Fiesta Mart Assistant Meat Manager assists the Meat Manager with the proper operation of the Meat Department. The position coordinates employees’ work to achieve satisfactory operating results, comply with company procedures and policies, and execute company goals. The Assistant Meat Manager is expected to model professionalism, ethical behavior, and effective decision-making at all times.
