About The Position

As Assistant Manager at LOFT, you support the customer experience and help shape a strong store culture for associates. As a store leader, you nurture relationships with customers and associates, create a customer-focused environment, and support the Store Manager in building and developing the team. You also use technology and business tools to deliver seamless omnichannel service and support operational and financial performance.

Requirements

Bring a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
Demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to implement action plans to drive results.
Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of retail management experience (preferred).
