About The Position

The Assistant Manager supports the customer experience and helps shape a strong store culture for associates. As a store leader, this role nurtures relationships with customers and associates, creates a customer-focused environment, and helps deliver exceptional, seamless omnichannel shopping experiences. The Assistant Manager also supports the Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, and developing talent and uses tools and reporting to promote operational excellence and financial discipline.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of retail management experience (preferred).
