About The Position
BDQ, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Manager at Dairy Queen. The role offers consistent 35–40-hour workweeks, with no early-morning or late-night closing shifts. Starting base pay is $16.87 per hour, with average hourly tips of approximately $1.50. Eligible employees may earn monthly performance bonuses up to $800 and an annual performance bonus up to $1,000. Requirements
- Have 1–3 years of leadership experience; fast-food experience is a plus.
- Be good with people and able to thrive under pressure.
- Be able to multitask effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Know food safety or be ready to learn; the company will help the employee obtain ServSafe certification.
