About The Position

The Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations. The role includes helping hire, supervise, and work with staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The Assistant Manager helps maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly customer service, executes the food program, and sets an example for the team through customer care, urgency, patience, and leadership. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required. The role offers a hiring range of $17.00 to $17.25.

• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may require climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
