About The Position

The Assistant Manager provides managerial assistance to the store’s General Manager in running the restaurant and implementing operating standards. The role calls for an adaptable, self-motivated person with a passion for customer service who can thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment and help maintain positive crew morale. Assistant Managers prepare pizzas and deliver orders, handle nightly deposits and paperwork when the General Manager is unavailable, and use cash, people, and time management skills. The company provides training and a positive learning experience. Starting wage is based on prior experience and generally begins at minimum wage, with raises available based on performance reviews by Regional Supervisors. The work may involve outdoor conditions, varying temperatures, noise, moving mechanical parts, dangerous equipment or sharp tools, and exposure to fumes, odors, dust, or toxic chemicals. Physical tasks may include repetitive hand use, prolonged standing, bending, twisting, reaching above shoulder level, crouching, stooping, or kneeling. Duties are to be performed with reasonable accommodation if needed.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Drop off nightly deposits and complete paperwork when the General Manager is not present.
Count inventory and supplies nightly.
Analyze labor and sales continually.
Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness according to company standards.
Supervise employees efficiently.
Interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
Prepare and package food products.
Clean and maintain the store and its equipment.
Rotate commissary deliveries.
Perform other workstation duties within the restaurant as needed.
